Happy Saturday, fellow nerds! I’m not going to lie… I did a double take when I first read the above line from Silence on Cold River by Casey Dunn. Isn’t the courtroom supposed to come later?! Needless to say, that opening definitely did its job of pulling me in.
The past week has been a busy one in my household, and I haven’t had nearly as much time as I would’ve liked for reading. I did finish this one last night, though, and really enjoyed it. My review will be posting on Tuesday morning.
