Happy Saturday, Nerds!
The holidays warp time more than the DeLorean. Reading over the past few days has been slow and sticky, like wading through mud. However, I find myself more focused today, enough so I expect to wrap up Rings of Fate by Melissa de la Cruz. I’m enjoying this book immensely, in particular due to Aren and her strong personality. The first line of Rings of Fate is told from Aren’s perspective and goes as follows:
When you’re a barmaid, marriage proposals are a natural part of the job.
I knew this book was going to be fun right from the very beginning!
