Happy Friday, fellow nerds!
If what I am reading right now were Christmas decorations, they would look very different from each other, but somehow still belong in the same room.
Rings of Fate would be deep evergreen garland, tarnished gold ornaments, and candlelight tucked into shadowy corners. The kind of decorations that feel atmospheric and faintly magical, like something important might happen if you linger too long.
After Life would be soft white string lights, clear glass ornaments, and a quiet glow that fills the room without asking for attention. Simple, gentle, and the sort of beauty that sneaks up on you when you least expect it.
Very different moods, both right for this season.
This season of reading is less about what happens and more about how it feels.
Let’s discuss: If your current reads were holiday decorations, what would they be?
