Happy Tuesday, fellow nerds!
My reviews have slowed with the holidays arriving, but my reading hasn’t. In fact, this week I am upping my reading game and working with two books, by day and by night.
My current day read is an e-ARC called Rings of Fate by Melissa de la Cruz. This romantasy features a tavern keeper, a prince, and rings of power — multiple, not one to rule them all. I reached 43% today and am utterly immersed in its fantasy world full of cobblestones, darkly magical creatures, and two stubborn protagonists.
My evening read is After Life by Gayle Forman. According to the summary, it’s about grief and the healing process. I’m quite certain it will evoke strong emotions in me, which I am here for. I’m getting ready to start it after I finish writing this post, in fact. I look forward to sharing my thoughts on it with you. Let me know what you thought of it if you have already read it.
